Really enjoyed the spacious rooms and cozy beds, perfect for my daughter to play without worrying about space. The hotel’s cleanliness stood out, making for a comfortable environment. The complimentary bottled water was a huge plus, especially after a long day exploring. However, our air-conditioner struggled on a hot day, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The gym lacked mats, which would have been useful for some workouts. The breakfast timing starting at 7 AM felt a bit late, especially for those with tight schedules. Overall, the staff was very kind, and the modern decor truly elevated our stay. Would love to return but hope for some improvements.

The rooms feature impressive decor with a large TV and ample living space, creating a comfortable environment. The bathroom offers excellent water pressure and hot water, ensuring a pleasant experience.
The air-conditioning struggled to cool adequately during a warm day, which can be uncomfortable. It's located on a busy street, so noise may bother light sleepers. The gym is quite small, hardly accommodating more than two stationary bikes, and lacks mats for workouts. Additionally, the elevator buttons can be tricky, requiring specific pressure to activate.

The Isaaya Hotel Boutique By Wtc offers an ideal location for business travelers, conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. The attentive service I received was exceptional, starting with Osmara at the reception and Jesus, who promptly provided a fan for my room. The spacious, clean rooms contributed to a comfortable stay, making it my go-to choice in Mexico City.
The breakfast timing could be improved as it starts at 7 AM, which may be late for some business schedules.

The spacious Deluxe 1 King room was impressive, boasting modern decor and a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing. Complimentary bottled water was a great touch, and I enjoyed the delicious fresh bread rolls served at the restaurant. However, the air-conditioning struggled on warm evenings, making it uncomfortable at times. The gym's limited equipment was disappointing, and I found the elevator buttons tricky to use, impacting my overall experience.
